That's why i have designed this one off 3 hour comprehensive workshop to provide you with a holistic approach to managing stress and anxiety. Drawing from a rich tapestry of techniques including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Hypnosis, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and Mindfulness, our program equips you with practical tools to enhance your mental well-being and resilience.

SESSION 1
UNDERSTANDING STRESS AND ANXIETY (30 MINS)

Define stress and anxiety: explaining the difference between the 2, highlighting the impact on mental and physical health.

Discuss the mind-body connection. Explore how thought, emotions and physical sensations are interconnected.

Give an overview of the techniques covered in the workshop

Goal setting: asking participants to set personal intentions for the workshop.
SESSION 2
NLP, TECHNIQUES (30 MINS)

Briefly explain NLP and its focus on changing thought patterns and behaviours

NLP Anchoring: explaining the concept on anchoring positive emotions to a physical touch or gesture. guide them through the exercise where they will anchor a positive emotion.

CBT: discuss the basics and ho it involves identifying and challenging negative thoughts patterns. Lead them through a though restructuring exercise

SESSION 3
HYPNOSIS FOR RELAXATION (30 MINS)
-Introduction to Hypnosis: demystify and clarify that they will fully conscious and in control.

SESSION 4
YIN YOGA, BREATHWORK AND MEDITATION (60 MINS)

Explain the principals of yin yoga, emphasising its calming and stress-relieving effects
